Balai Besar Pengujian Minyak dan Gas Bumi LEMIGAS merupakan sebuah Balai Pengujian Migas di bawah Kementerian ESDM. Krisis keuangan dan likuiditas yang terjadi di masa pandemi berdampak juga pada menurunnya pendapatan dan meningkatnya pengeluaran, akibat beberapa kerjasama atau pengguna jasa Lemigas dari lembaga lain terpaksa ditunda atau dibatalkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan pengaruh Total Aset dan Current Ratio terhadap Return on Assets. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah data dari laporan keuangan neraca dan laporan operasional Lemigas selama 50 bulan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan Uji Hipotesis pada Uji t (parsial) didapatkan bahwa secara parsial variabel independen Total Aset berpengaruh negatif (-3,902) terhadap variabel dependen Return on Assets, dan variabel independen Current Ratio berpengaruh positif (4,854) terhadap Return on Assets. Dan secara simultan Total Aset dan Current Ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap Return on Assets pada Lemigas Periode 2019-2023. Persamaan Regresi yang diperoleh adalah ROA= 0,455 dengan Total Aset (-0,037X1) +Current Ratio (8,172E-5X2). Besarnya koefisien determinasi sebelumnya adalah 42,7% yang berarti sebesar 57,3% ROA dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak disajikan dalam penelitian, sedangkan koefisien determinasi sesudahnya adalah 62,1% yang berarti sebesar 37,9% ROA dipengaruhi variabel lain di luar penelitian.

LEMIGAS Oil and Gas Testing Center is an oil and gas testing center under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. The financial and liquidity crisis that occurred during the pandemic also had an impact on decreasing income and increasing expenses, as a result of which several collaborations or users of Lemigas services from other institutions had to be postponed or canceled. This study aims to compare the effect of Total Assets and Current Ratio on Return on Assets. The sample in this study is data from the balance sheet financial statements and operational reports of Lemigas for 50 months. This research method uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Based on the Hypothesis Test in the t (partial) Test, it is found that partially the independent variable Total Assets has a negative effect (-3,902) on the dependent variable Return on Assets, and the independent variable Current Ratio has a positive effect (4,854) on Return on Assets. And simultaneously Total Assets and Current Ratio have a positive effect on Return on Assets at Lemigas for the 2019-2023 Period. The regression equation obtained is ROA = 0.455 with Total Assets (-0.037X1) +Current Ratio (8.172E-5X2). The coefficient of determination before is 42.7%, which means that 57.3% of ROA is influenced by other variables not presented in the study, while the coefficient of determination after is 62.1%, which means that 37.9% of ROA is influenced by other variables outside the study.
