This research aims to analyze the adaptation and utilization of assistive technology (AT) in English language learning within inclusive classrooms through a case study at SLB Negeri 08 Jakarta and SLB Negeri 11 Jakarta. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed thematically with the aid of Natural Language Processing (NLP). The results showed that the selection and effectiveness of Assistive Technology (AT) heavily depended on the technology's suitability for student characteristics, teaching strategies, and infrastructure support. SLB Negeri 08 Jakarta relied on simple visuals for students with intellectual disabilities, while SLB Negeri 11 Jakarta utilized Chromebooks and LCDs in teaching deaf students. Key challenges included limited student literacy and gaps in technology facilities. Nevertheless, AT proved effective in improving student accessibility, participation, and comprehension. This research asserted that AT was not merely an aid, but rather a transformational bridge towards more inclusive, equitable, and contextual English language learning.
