The online learning methods can ensure the continuity of education during the pandemic. This research aims to explore online learning methods during the pandemic, challenges, innovations and best practices through qualitative approach and literature study analysis. Identify the types of learning problems to identify the learning challenges that occur during the pandemic. ,This research utilises a qualitative method, where theories and discussions are developed through a literature study that includes various scientific journals, articles, and other sources relevant to the research topic. The analysis of learning problems is carried out using the interview method and data collection through questionnaires, while the identification of factors causing learning problems is conducted using why-why analysis. The results of the analysis show that there are 4 main problems, namely Decreased Learning Motivation, Lack of Social Interaction, Differences in Learning Styles, Difficulties in Practical Learning. Factors causing these problems are Lack of student input or inadequate curriculum updates, Traditional assessment methods and educational philosophies prioritise individual performance, Different learning styles are underemphasised, Budget constraints and funding limitations. The proposed improvements using 5W+1H are Implements a regular and structured online feedback mechanism that engages students, Incorporates collaborative online tools and activities, such as group projects, discussion forums, and peer review, into the curriculum, Revising the online teacher education curriculum, Reassess budget allocations.
