This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of English- speaking learning by using video projects. This study used quasi-experimental research with one group pre-test and post-test experimental design. The research was conducted in 12 meetings with 36 students of English-speaking class X IPA 3 odd semester of the academic year 2023-2024. The research will be conducted from August 2023 to November 2023 at SMAN 14 Depok. Data was collected using observation, documentation and speaking test. The data analysis technique used two-sample paired t-test for mean. The results of the study concluded that video projects conducted individually can increase students' interest in speaking classes. In addition, students are also easier to develop speaking ideas. Thus, students' English-speaking ability became better than before the video project task was implemented. This can be seen from the results of the t-test which shows t-Stat < t-table (-10.6292 < 2.0301), which means that individual video projects can improve English speaking skills
