This study aims to improve the listening skills of Era Pembangunan 3 Junior High School students through the utilization of English songs as learning media. Listening skills are frequently neglected compared to other language skills, such as reading, writing, and speaking, even though they have an important role in language learning caused by a lack of motivation, interest, and listening practice. The method utilized is classroom action research (CAR) which consists of arranging, action, observation, and reflection. The study was conducted over three meetings by utilizing three English songs, specifically "Paradise by Coldplay", "Let Her Go by Passenger", and "What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong". The results show a significant improvement in students' listening skills, with the passing percentage increasing from 15% within the pre-test to 76% within the post-test. Learning activities involving the "Fill in the blanks" method with English songs created a more interesting, interactive, and fun learning atmosphere, and increased student motivation. This study concludes that English songs are effective as a learning tool to improve listening skills and achieve great learning results.
