This research is motivated by inventory management issues at PT. Matahari Motor Group, which still relies on manual recording methods. The manual system creates several obstacles, such as delays in updating data, difficulties in preparing reports, and a high risk of recording errors. These conditions reduce operational efficiency and hinder managerial decision-making. To address these problems, this study designed and implemented a web-based inventory information system using the waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system was developed using PHP Native, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The implementation results show that the system improves stock recording accuracy, accelerates restocking and outgoing goods processes, and generates automated and real-time reports. Furthermore, the division of access rights between admin and manager creates a more structured workflow. Thus, the inventory information system not only enhances warehouse administrative processes but also supports the effectiveness of managerial decision-making in a more precise and strategic manner.
