Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong berbagai institusi untuk mengadopsi sistem absensi online guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, termasuk Apple Lab. Namun, efektivitas sistem tersebut perlu dievaluasi secara menyeluruh menggunakan Model DeLone dan McLean agar dapat diketahui tingkat keberhasilannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja, kualitas dan tingkat kepuasan sistem absensi online serta memberikan masukan kepara perusahaan Apple Lab terkait sistem absensi online. Penelitian ini menggunakan model DeLone and McLean untuk mengukur tingkat kesuksesan sistem absensi online pada Apple Lab dengan tinjauan dari variabel kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, tingkat penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat bersih. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan terhadap 26 populasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Sistem berpengaruh positif terhadap Tingkat Penggunaan, Kualitas Sistem tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna, Kualitas Informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Tingkat Penggunaan, Kualitas Informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna, Kualitas Layanan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Tingkat Penggunaan, Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna, Tingkat Penggunaan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Manfaat Bersih, Kepuasan Pengguna berpengaruh positif terhadap Manfaat Bersih, dan Tingkat Penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna.

The development of information technology encourages various institutions to adopt online attendance systems to improve operational efficiency, including Apple Lab. However, the effectiveness of the system needs to be thoroughly evaluated using the DeLone and McLean Model in order to determine the level of success. This study aims to evaluate the performance, quality and satisfaction level of the online attendance system and provide input to the Apple Lab company regarding the online attendance system. This study uses the DeLone and McLean model to measure the success rate of the online attendance system at Apple Lab with a review of the variables of system quality, information quality, service quality, usage level, user satisfaction and net benefits. This research was conducted on a population consisting of 26 subjects. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression through SPSS software. The results showed that System Quality has a positive effect on Usage Rate, System Quality has no positive effect on User Satisfaction, Information Quality has a positive effect on Usage Rate, Information Quality has a positive effect on User Satisfaction, Service Quality has no positive effect on Usage Rate, Service Quality has a positive effect on User Satisfaction, Usage Rate has no positive effect on Net Benefits, User Satisfaction has a positive effect on Net Benefits.
