Abstrak

 

Ketertiban adalah suasana yang mengarah kepada peraturan dalam masyarakat menurut norma yang berlaku sehingga menimbulkan motivasi bekerja dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan, di Kabupaten Sukabumi masih banyak masyarakat yang melanggar peraturan daerah yaitu pelanggaran retribusi persetujuan bangunan gedung, larangan minuman beralkohol, mengenai penyelenggaraan ketertiban umum dan ketentraman masyarakat, larangan pelacuran dan tindak asusila. Penulis melakukan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengidentifikasi potensi jenis pelanggaraan peraturan daerah yang paling sering terjadi atau memiliki dampak  terbesar di masyarakat Sukabumi dengan penelitian ini juga dapat membantu instansi terkait dalam menentukan fokus penegakan hukum dan alokasi sumber daya. Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dipilih pada penelitian ini karena metode ini dapat memfasilitasi   penyusunan   prioritas yang    berbeda,kemudian    akan    dipilih menggunakan kriteria  yang  berbeda. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya diolah mengunakan perangkat lunak pendukung AHP untuk menghasilkan jenis pelanggaran prioritas yang harus di waspadai. Hasil dari penelitian  ini menunjukan bahwa metode AHP dapat membantu satpol pp dalam menentukan prioritas Tindakan pengawasan dan pencegahan terhadap jenis pelanggaran yang memiliki potensi untuk terjadi.

Abstrac

Order is an atmosphere that leads to regulations in society according to applicable norms so that it causes motivation to work in order to achieve the desired goals,in Sukabumi Regency there are still many people who violate local regulations, including violations of building approval levies, prohibitions on alcoholic beverages, regarding the implementation of public order and public peace, prohibitions on prostitution and immoral acts. The author conducted this study with the aim of being able to identify the potential types of violations of local regulations that most often occur or have the greatest impact on the Sukabumi community with this research can also help related agencies in determining the focus of law enforcement and resource allocation. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was chosen in this study because this method can facilitate the preparation of different priorities, which will then be selected using different criteria. The data obtained is then processed using AHP supporting software to produce the type of priority violations that must be watched out for. The results of this study show that the AHP method can help Satpol PP in determining the priority of supervision and prevention actions against types of violations that have the potential to occur.
