2018. Nanostix Inovasi Indonesia, sebagai cabang perusahaan Malaysia yang bergerak di industri rokok elektrik, telah beroperasi di Indonesia sejak Desember 2018. Menghadapi tantangan dan peluang unik dalam mengelola sistem informasi administrasi, perusahaan ini memerlukan sistem yang efektif dan efisien untuk mendukung operasional sehari-hari. Dalam konteks ini, pemahaman mendalam tentang efektivitas dan kebutuhan sistem informasi administrasi sangat penting untuk mempertahankan daya saing di pasar yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi sistem informasi administrasi di PT. Nanostix Inovasi Indonesia menggunakan metode PIECES Framework, yang meliputi aspek Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, dan Service. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, penelitian ini berusaha mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan sistem, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, keamanan, dan kualitas layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan yang tinggi dari pengguna, meskipun terdapat beberapa saran untuk peningkatan layanan. Dengan penerapan metode PIECES Framework, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan komprehensif yang mendalam tentang kinerja sistem informasi administrasi di PT. Nanostix Inovasi Indonesia dan mendukung pengembangan sistem yang lebih baik untuk masa depan.

Siti Saniah (19200383), Analysis and Evaluation of User Satisfaction with the Administrative Information System at PT. Nanostix Inovasi Indonesia using the PIECES Framework

2018. Nanostix Inovasi Indonesia, a subsidiary of a Malaysian company operating in the electronic cigarette industry, has been active in Indonesia since December 2018. Facing unique challenges and opportunities in managing its administrative information systems, the company requires an effective and efficient system to support daily operations. In this context, a deep understanding of the effectiveness and needs of the administrative information system is crucial for maintaining competitiveness in a challenging market. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the administrative information system at PT. Nanostix Inovasi Indonesia using the PIECES Framework, which includes aspects of Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service. Through a quantitative and qualitative approach, this research seeks to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the system and provide recommendations for improvement, expected to enhance efficiency, security, and service quality. The results show high user satisfaction, although there are some suggestions for service enhancement. By applying the PIECES Framework, this study hopes to provide comprehensive and in-depth insights into the performance of the administrative information system at PT. Nanostix Inovasi Indonesia and support the development of a better system for the future.
