Kendaraan Bermotor Berbasis Web Pada PT Aufa Media.
PT. Aufa Media merupakan salah satu software house yang berada di kota Depok Jawa
Barat. Berdiri dari tahun 2019, sebagai software house PT. Aufa Media berfokus pada
pengembangan perangkat lunak dan menyediakan berbagai jenis layanan terkait
pengembangan, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan perangkat lunak. Saya diizinkan
bergabung dengan tim website developer untuk mengerjakan aplikasi website untuk
booking servis dan penjualan suku cadang kendaraan bermotor. Nantinya website ini
akan digunakan oleh beberapa pemilik usaha bengkel sepeda motor yang sudah
bekerja sama dengan PT. Aufa Media Didalam pengembangan sistem informasi
pembuatan booking service, penulis menggunakan metode Waterfall, yang dimana
dalam teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Untuk pendekatan
sistem, penulis menggunakan metode terstruktur dengan alat bantu dan teknik
pengerjaan seperti use case diagram, activity diagram, component diagram,
deployment diagram, dan entity relationship diagram. Bahasa pemrograman yang
digunakan penulis dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi
penjualan adalah PHP. Database server yang digunakan adalah MySql serta software
editor yang digunakan penulis adalah Visual Studio Code. Kesimpulan dari hasil
penelitian pada PT. Aufa Media adalah dengan dibangunnya sistem informasi
pembuatan booking service kendaraan berbasis web ini, diharapkan banyak pemilik
bengkel kendaraan yang mengunakan sistem informasi ini. Sehingga tidak ada lagi
pencatatan aktivitas bisnis di bengkel yang dilakukan dengan cara manual. Hal ini
untuk mengurangi resiko dalam kesalahan penulisan data.

ABSTRACT

Ihwan Riyanto Putra (17191004), Design of a Web-Based Motor Vehicle
Booking Service Information System at PT Aufa Media.
PT. Aufa Media is a software house located in the city of Depok, West Java.
Established in 2019, as a software house PT. Aufa Media focuses on software
development and provides various types of services related to software development,
testing and maintenance. I was allowed to join the website developer team to work on
a website application for booking service and selling motor vehicle spare parts. In the
future, this website will be used by several motorbike repair shop business owners who
have collaborated with PT. Aufa Media In developing the information system for
making booking services, the author used the Waterfall method, where the data
collection technique is in the form of observation and interviews. For the systems
approach, the author uses a structured method with tools and work techniques such as
use case diagrams, activity diagrams, component diagrams, deployment diagrams, and
entity relationship diagrams. The programming language used by the author in
designing and implementing a sales information system is PHP. The database server
used is MySql and the editor software used by the author is Visual Studio Code.
Conclusions from the results of research at PT. Aufa Media is building an information
system for making web-based vehicle service bookings, it is hoped that many vehicle
repair shop owners will use this information system. So there is no longer any manual
recording of business activities in the workshop. This is to reduce the risk of data
writing errors.
