Technology has significantly transformed various aspects of life, including the economy, politics, governance, and communication, ultimately affecting people's lifestyles and perspectives. One notable change is the rise of internet-based streaming services like Netflix, allowing users to access a wide range of TV shows and movies through a subscription. This study aims to evaluate Netflix users' satisfaction levels using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. EUCS assesses user satisfaction by comparing their expectations and experiences with a given information system. The research involved 50 respondents from diverse age groups and professions: 5 individuals aged 17–20, 38 aged 21–29, 6 aged 30–39, and 1 aged 40–49. In terms of occupation, there were 14 students, 3 homemakers, 3 entrepreneurs, 25 employees, and 5 others. Income-wise, most respondents earned between 3–5 million rupiahs per month (24 respondents), followed by 19 earning below 3 million, and 7 earning above 5 million. The satisfaction evaluation focused on five key factors: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Results revealed that more than 80% of respondents strongly agreed on all aspects, indicating a high level of user satisfaction with Netflix
