PT Syst Tech Maju Jaya currently relies on manual processes for creating quotations, invoices, and financial recording, which can lead to input errors and operational delays. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to support the company's business processes in an integrated manner. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which provides a structured and sequential approach encompassing requirements skrip analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The research involved system design using UML and ERD, with implementation utilizing the Odoo framework, Python programming language, and PostgreSQL database. The results of this study produced an ERP system that successfully automates the creation of quotations and invoices, integrates financial records, and streamlines project management. Evaluation using black-box testing confirmed that all developed features function correctly according to business needs. This system is expected to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and overall business management within the company.
